Management Staff

Andre Schechter
Founder and responsible broker of STS Realty Group, he holds a BSc in Economics and MBA in Hotel Management. Working with real estate since 1987, he launched and ran the first assisted living hotel in Brazil and participated in various real estate developments and acquisitions until he moved to Naples, Florida in 2003.  

Ronald Surliuga
Civil Engineer with extensive international experience acquired along 40 years in building and developing. Ronald first came to Southwest Florida in 2005 to assist foreign investors seeking real estate opportunities in the area. He joined STS as a Market Analyst in 2009 and now is a Broker Associate. Ronald holds two MBAs and several specialization courses in Real Estate and related fields.
